These Terms of Service govern your use of the Kanzino online store, operated by Dyven LLC.

1. General

By placing an order on this store, you agree to these terms in full. Kanzino reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products

All products are print-on-demand items manufactured by Printful. Product colors and dimensions may vary slightly from what is displayed on screen due to monitor settings and production variation.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. Dyven LLC reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion and issue a full refund in such cases.

4. Returns & Refunds

As all products are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Refunds or replacements are offered in the following cases:

The item arrives damaged or defective

The item received is incorrect (wrong product or design)

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with photo evidence to legal@dyvengroup.com. Printful's quality guarantee applies to all eligible claims.

5. Intellectual Property

All Kanzino designs, graphics, and brand assets are the exclusive property of Dyven LLC. No content from this store may be reproduced or used without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dyven LLC is not liable for delays, errors, or damages caused by Printful, shipping carriers, customs authorities, or any third party involved in the fulfillment process.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Dyven LLC's place of business. Any disputes shall be handled accordingly.
