Shipping policy

Kanzino is a brand operated by Dyven LLC. All orders are fulfilled and shipped by our manufacturing partner, Printful.

Production Time

All products are made to order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipment, depending on the product type and Printful's current fulfillment queue.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary by destination:

United States: 3–8 business days

Europe: 5–10 business days

Rest of World: 10–20 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via Printful's carrier network, which includes USPS, FedEx, DHL, and local carriers depending on the destination.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Kanzino and Dyven LLC are not responsible for delays once the order is in the carrier's possession.

International Customs & Duties

Kanzino ships internationally. Customers are solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at legal@dyvengroup.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can work with Printful to resolve the issue.
