Kanzino is a brand operated by Dyven LLC. All products are custom print-on-demand items manufactured and fulfilled by Printful.

No Returns on Change of Mind

Because every product is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Personal preference

Please review product descriptions, size guides, and design previews carefully before placing your order.

Eligible Claims

We will offer a replacement or full refund only if your item:

  • Arrives damaged or defective
  • Is the wrong product or wrong design
  • Is lost in transit

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

How to Submit a Claim

Email us at legal@dyvengroup.com with:

Your order number

A clear photo of the item showing the issue

A brief description of the problem

We will review your claim and respond within 3–5 business days. Approved claims will be resolved with either a free replacement or a full refund — at our discretion based on the situation.

Return Shipping

If a return is required, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Eligible Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper care
  • Orders with incorrect address provided by the customer
